We are a well established and successful Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning company offering specialist services throughout the UK.

We have two operating divisions working primarily in the industrial, commercial, retail and hotel sectors.   The two divisions are:

A privately owned business established in 1984, we are targeted to achieve a turnover of £7 million by 2014. We believe that our success is a direct result of our commitment to our customers and the professionalism and expertise of our employees.

Operating Area

We operate nationally throughout the UK, providing Installation and
Maintenance Services to multi-site clients.

IT Infrastructure

We continue to make substantial investment in IT systems to ensure best possible performance on behalf of our customers.

Latest advances include remote Customer Access and Handheld technology - two convenient, time-saving systems which allow our customers to receive up to date information on their contracts in “real time.”

Usually, this technology can be easily integrated into our customers’ systems through our main operational software, which is based on Vixen. Where this is not possible, it can be accessed via a web portal. The Customer Access system allows dial-in access so that customers can view their contract in our engineers’ diary systems whether or not they have the handheld technology.

The use of handheld computers by our engineers not only enables our  customers to see the status of their contract there and then, but they can also receive electronically - without the fuss of paperwork - documents such as service reports and F Gas compliance certificates.

Training

Our strength lies in the skill and knowledge of our staff. This is precisely why training & development is a central part of our culture.

Each division of the business has its own Training & Development Plan. This consists of ongoing programmes designed to ensure that staff are technically competent and customer focused in all that they do. Each Plan includes a mix of external training and programmes at our in-house training facility.

Every new employee receives a full induction of all the company’s key policies and procedures on their first day with us.  Ongoing development is assured through our appraisal process.

After Care

Continuity of service is vital to our customers – and we provide this through our in-house ‘out of hours’ call out service operated by our own staff. We know that speed is often a vital factor so the service has full access to rotas of fully-trained trades people and to computer systems. Also, our handheld computers are loaded with satellite navigation software for prompt location of the most suitably qualified person to deal with the call.

A major benefit of our After Care Service is the comfort and assurance that any problems or breakdowns will be dealt with promptly and safely. It helps to ensure minimum disruption of your business and allows us to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
