We provide a full Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) installation service including in-house design using the very latest software and technology. Therefore, if you have any form of indoor environment challemge we can provide the solution.
As well as workspace heating, cooling, humidity control and ventilation expertise we have a vast experience of IT server and communications room cooling systems, including full function humidity and temperature close control.
Our customers might ask us to respond to a performance specification requiring a full design and build approach or to a fully designed scheme. Whatever their project, we aim to work closely with them and offer a range of viable options to achieve a quality and energy efficient solution.
Installations & Projects - Sectors
In Installations & Projects, we have developed expertise in three key, but not exhaustive, market sectors. These are listed below together with certain specific requirements and obligations which go hand in hand with the work we do.
Retail | We undertake turnkey projects within short time-scales. We pride ourselves on achieving minimum disruption to client trading while work is in progress. We are also accustomed to working with shopping centres under third party rules. |
Hotels | Our work with hotels involves minimum disruption to client trading at all hours. We are fully conversant with Health & Safety implications when working in operating buildings. |
Commercial/ Industrial | In our work with developers, we ensure that we provide “institutional” standards together with a range of options to suit potentially different end users of the building. The work we do in this sector requires high technical expertise and experience with large-scale indoor climate solutions. |

True Design Capability
We provide a full in-house design and build capability through a mixed design and operations team culture which helps to maximise best value, co-ordinated solutions.
The in-house design department produces full design and build schemes for projects. If brought in by the customer at an early stage, we can advise on design and cost.
Technical Excellence
Constantly alert to the many changes to the building regulations such as Part L, P and F and the increasing importance of sustainability, our engineering staff keep abreast of all new sustainable techniques and regulatory changes.
This means that we can work with our customers on areas such as energy efficiency calculations for buildings through SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model).

This demanding ongoing programme requires full surveys and designs on a turnkey basis to ensure the client obtains landlords’ approvals in time to begin the works. On- site works are kept to a minimum, which includes working nights to reduce store downtime or to enable new stores to open as quickly as possible.

This project involved full design and installation of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems to a refitted five-storey office block. A challenging programme, it required the project to be completed within five months. After care service is now provided through a planned maintenance contract.
Carpetright - National store refit and expansion programme

“We have to date completed three projects for this up market hotel chain including ‘The Sheffield Park Hotel’ (100 rooms), ‘The Bromsgrove Hotel’ (133 rooms) and ‘The Winchester Hotel’ (36 room extension). All systems have been Toshiba heat recovery VRF ducted fan coil systems fitted with additional bespoke set back controls.”
Sladen Estates - The Village Office development (phases 1 & 2)
