Service & Maintenance

We undertake planned, reactive and responsive Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance for public and private sector clients, backed by a 24 hour, 365 day in-house ‘out of hours’ service. 

Contracts include large commercial plant and equipment, domestic-based systems for smaller buildings and vital backup for commercial and business critical IT systems. We provide dedicated teams of people with specific sector expertise and specialist knowledge.

Whilst primarily a mechanical and electrical service, we can also provide - due to customer demand – a full range of Facilities Management. This includes building repair, grounds maintenance and call centre/administration services.

Service & Maintenance - Sectors

In Service & Maintenance, we have developed expertise in three key, but not exhaustive, market sectors. These are listed below together with certain specific requirements and obligations which go hand in hand with the work we do.

Retail

We pride ourselves on achieving minimum disruption to client trading while work is in progress. We are also accustomed to working with shopping centres under third party rules.

Hotels

Our work with hotels involves minimum disruption to client trading at all hours. We are fully conversant with Health & Safety implications when working in operating  buildings.

Commercial/
Industrial

The work we do in this sector requires high technical expertise and experience with large-scale air treatment solutions. We are experienced and qualified in working  on all types of systems ranging from single split systems to large VRF systems, water chillers and packaged air handling plant.

Service & Maintenance - Services

We offer three types of Structured Planned Maintenance contracts. These are tailored to suit individual client needs. You can choose from Standard, Semi Comprehensive and Fully Comprehensive packages.

Service & Maintenance - Client Solutions

The company draws upon our particular sector expertise and directly employed workforce to deliver a range of technical solutions to customers. We do this with the minimum of disruption whilst maintaining very high levels of customer satisfaction. Examples of how we achieve this are:

  • Harveys Furniture

We have provided nationwide HVAC support to this multi-site retail client since 1994. This long standing relationship is testament to our quality service and quick response, achieved through our dedicated regionally located office and field based staff.

  • West Bromwich Building Society

We have provided vital maintenance support to this customer’s main central server room environmental control systems since 1986.  More recently we have replaced the systems in full with Airedale Downflow chilled water full function systems. We provide full 24 hour 365 day cover due to the extremely important nature of the equipment we maintain.

  • Vision Express

Our relationship with this customer commenced in 2001 an since then we .  During this period we have provided planned and reactive maintenance calls, small works and installation.  More recently this customer - in response to its responsiblities under new legislation such as F Gas - has contracted us to provide the necessary checks in accordance with legislation

  • Leicestershire NHS

We have provided vital planned and reactive maintenance support to this clients critical air conditioning and refridgerations systems since 2008.  Our contract covers all sites within the Leicestershire Estate.
